PROFESSIONAL GOLF EQUIPMENT ONLINE ORDERING AND SHIPPING
At the end of the ordering process, click on the ‘CHECKOUT’ button to confirm your order. Once your order is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email noting your order has been received, and payment has been processed. If you do not receive a confirmation email within 24 hours (1 business day) of placing your order, please contact us.
Australian & New Zealand Orders
Delivery rates will be displayed at checkout. Rates are based on your delivery location with free shipping offered on all orders over $150.
It is suggested that customers provide a physical delivery address where a person will be available to accept your delivery between 9am – 5pm. Otherwise your parcel will be re-directed to the nearest post office/depot for collection.
Confirmed orders will be disptached within 2-3 business days (Monday – Friday). Estimated delivery is between 2-7 business days. Please note, there may be delays in delivery times during busy sale periods, or due to external circumstances out of our control.
We ship orders using Australia Post, Aramex and TNT.
Our default couriers are Aramex and Australia Post. If you would like to request another courier please add this in the order notes at checkout. It is recommended to visit their individual websites for transit times as we cannot give out exact ETAs. Once your order leaves out warehouse, it is in the hands of the courier. Should you have any issues with tracking and delivery please contact the courier company.

International Delivery
We currently do not offer delivery to international addresses via our online store. Contact us to organise delivery to an international address.
Delivery Issues
Any claim for short delivery, delivery of the wrong product or delivery of damaged product must be notified to Professional Golf Equipment within 24 hours of delivery. Professional Golf Equipment will not be liable for any claim made outside this time frame.
Updating Shipping Address
Professional Golf Equipment will update the shipping address providing the order has not been sent to our warehouse for dispatch. Once an order has been dispatched, any charges applied by the courier to redirect the item will be passed onto the receiver.
